About the Author:

Dalton D’sylva is a teacher of Economics and History in the International Baccalaureate and the Advanced Placement program at the International School of Western Australia in City Beach, Perth. He was a lecturer for ten years at Edith Cowan University, The International School of Western Australia serves many families from mining companies like Chevron, Apache, Conoco-Philips, Total, Inpex and others.

Dalton became a property investor in West Australian mining towns like Karratha, Port Hedland and Perth and a share investor in companies operating out of these towns. He made it into the top 1% of property investors in Australia.
