The book also discusses alternative, as professional and much less costly sources of assistance that sellers of a family home or other property can access. Advice on how to go about seeking out these services and what to watch out for is also part of the book’s message.

About the author:

Gerry Dubbin was born in  Leeds, Yorkshire, England but now lives in the area of Mornington Peninsula, in the state of Victoria, Australia.

With a rich career history, apart from being the  Manager of Consumer Affairs for the Woodards Group (the oldest established real estate group in Melbourne), Gerry Dubbin is also a fully qualified textile and clothing designer and was responsible for setting up the first technical training courses for designers in Australia, during the 1960’s.
