Brand stand: seven steps to thought leadership is the modern-day bible on thought leadership. About the author:

Craig Badings spent 20 years consulting small and large brands on their public relations challenges. He was a main board director of Simeka TWS Communications, South Africa’s largest public relations agency. He then started his own PR agency, Rainmaker Public Relations, which was later sold to London-based PR multinational, Citigate. Badings then moved on to head up the PR division of

Citigate South Africa before being appointed managing director of Citigate’s Cape Town PR, advertising and design agencies. Badings and his family settled in Australia in 2003, where he is currently a director at Cannings Corporate Communications, a partner of Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, Australia, and a member of the ASX-listed, STW Group Ltd, Australia’s largest communications services group.

Badings’ experience of the power of thought leadership campaigns through consulting with leading local and global brands has resulted in a passion for this field. His experience, passion and expertise in the field has led him to write his first book: Brand Stand:  Seven Steps to Thought Leadership.
